Refund & Return Policy

At Home Twist (UK) Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition

  • Free from any signs of washing, ironing, or wear

  • With original tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@hometwist.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and arrange a prompt resolution.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. cushion covers made in special sizes, colours, or with personalised features)

 


 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and returning the original item separately. This ensures the fastest possible service.


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to justify. The item must be returned in its unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the refund approval. If approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
